Reiki, pronounced ‘Ray-kee’, is a directed energy healing modality that can be done hands on or hands off.
I receive the energy and direct it where it needs to go. I teach my students how to do this. Reiki knows no time or space so it can be sent into the past, into the future, and anywhere in the world.
For example, I was working with my cousin on a video call. We live several hours apart from one another so in-person was out of the question. I described her lower back pain and how it felt worse on the right side than on the left. She looked at me in shock! “How did you know this?”, she said. I told her I could see the pain block in her energy and I could feel it as well. I explained to her that I was going to pull energy from her back to relieve the pain. She was stunned at the instant relief she felt. She said, “I don’t know how you do that, but I am glad you do. That is the best my back has felt in ages!”
Reiki is non-invasive and I use it alone, or in conjunction with other modalities, based upon your unique needs. Every Reiki session is designed to bring you back into balance.
