Your intuition is always humming in the background. It is available at any moment you are in need. Being unfocused in conscious thought allows your intuition to move to the forefront of your consciousness.
Daydream: Daydreaming allows you to lose focus. Letting your mind wander while you do something else, or nothing at all, is a great way to tap into your intuition. Daydreaming can be just staring off into space. It can allow your mind to relax while you water the plants or watch squirrels playing in the trees. Daydreaming is time well spent.
Light a Candle: Light a candle and wrap your hands around it. Stare into the flame and just watch it. Doing so will help your conscious mind to relax and let go of stress. This method can help you tap into seeing something from a higher perspective.
Breathing: Ground and center yourself by sitting with your feet on the floor and doing breathwork. Breathe in deeply to a count of eight. Hold the breath for three, then exhale to a count of twelve. Doing so shifts your focus into your breath, giving your conscious mind something to do. It will clear toxins, help you to relax, and clear the cobwebs from your mind.
Meditation: Listen to a guided meditation designed to help you travel to another plane of consciousness. In that realm you can meet your Guides, receive messages offering clarity, and strengthen your bond with them. This allows them to communicate with you more freely. Sitting quietly and being aware that your intuition is always operating will help you tap into it.
Crystals: Working with crystals can help you receive information through your intuition. There are many crystals that can help you calm your energy and connect to your inner guidance. Clear Quartz is a master healer crystal that amplifies energy, including that of other crystals. Hold the crystal in your nondominant hand and just allow the energy of the crystal to connect with you.
